What DentOffers is

DentOffers is a marketplace. We put your damage in front of independent technicians near you and deliver their offers back to you.

We do not repair vehicles. The repair is performed by an independent technician. The agreement for that work is between you and them — the price, the schedule, the quality of the work, and any warranty on it are theirs.

What we do

  • Route your request to technicians covering your ZIP code
  • Deliver their offers to you
  • Pass your phone number to the one technician you choose, and to no one else
  • Ask you afterwards how the repair went

What we do not promise

  • That you will receive any offers at all
  • That offers will be at any particular price
  • That a technician will accept the job, or that any repair is possible
  • Whether a given dent can be fixed without paint is the technician's judgment, not ours

Cost to you

Free. Sending a request is free, receiving offers is free, and turning down every offer is free. No account is required.

Your side of it

  • Send photos of a vehicle you own or are authorised to have repaired
  • Give an accurate ZIP code and a phone number you actually use
  • Do not use the service to collect quotes you have no intention of considering

Technicians

Technicians on DentOffers are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, or partners, and we do not supervise their work. Ratings shown with an offer come from customers who actually paid that technician.

Disputes about a repair

A disagreement about the work, the price, or the schedule is between you and the technician. We will help you reach each other and we want to hear when something goes wrong — but we are not a party to that agreement and cannot decide it for you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DentOffers LLC is not liable for damage arising from a repair performed by a technician, from an offer you accepted or declined, or from a message that failed to arrive. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to [TODO: сумма — нужен юрист].

Ending it

You can stop using DentOffers at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend access if the service is used to abuse technicians, to collect quotes in bad faith, or to break the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
