Who we are

DentOffers is operated by DentOffers LLC, 1500 N Grant St, STE 11149, Denver, CO 80203. You can reach us at support@dentoffers.com.

DentOffers connects car owners who need paintless dent repair with independent technicians working nearby. We do not repair vehicles ourselves.

What we collect

• Your phone number
• Your ZIP code
• The photos and video of the damage you send us
• Whether you agreed to service texts, and separately, whether you agreed to promotional texts
• Basic technical details of the request — the time it was sent and the IP address it came from

We do not ask for your name, your home address, your email, or any payment details.

What technicians see, and when

This is the part people ask about most, so here it is plainly.

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers, data brokers, or lead resellers. Your phone number goes to exactly one person — the technician you chose yourself.

Companies that handle data on our behalf

Running the service takes a few outside providers. They process data only to do their part, and nothing more.

• Twilio — sends the text messages, so it processes your phone number
• Telegram — delivers requests, including the photos, to technicians
• Hetzner — hosts our servers and database
• Cloudflare — routes traffic to the site
• Tilda — hosts our public pages
• Typebot — runs the request form

Text messages

There are two kinds, and they are agreed to separately: service messages about your own request, and promotional messages, which are optional. The details are on our SMS Terms page.

How long we keep things

• Photos and video — 12 months, then deleted automatically
• Phone number and request history — as long as needed to run the service and to meet our legal obligations
• Records of your consent — kept for as long as we may need to show that you gave it

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any message to stop texts
• Email support@dentoffers.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted
• Turning down promotional texts never affects the quotes you receive

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. The database is not reachable from the internet. Access to the admin side requires a password and a second factor. No system is perfect — if something happens to your data, we will tell you promptly rather than quietly.

Children

DentOffers is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Cookies

Our pages use the cookies needed to work and to count visits. We do not run advertising trackers on them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects how we treat your data, we will say so rather than leave you to notice.
