How you opt in to DentOffers text messages

Effective October 22, 2026

You opt in on the repair-request chat at dentoffers.com. Press Get started on the home page and the chat opens. Below is every step, in order, with the exact wording shown on screen. Nothing is pre-selected, and no text message is sent unless you agree in the chat. The phone number in the screenshots is a placeholder.

Step 1. Press "Get started"

The button is on the first screen of the home page.

Step 2. Choose the type of damage

The chat opens in a pop-up window. You choose Hail damage or Other dent / Door ding. No phone number is requested yet.

Step 3. Add photos (other dents only)

If you chose "Other dent / Door ding," you can add photos for the technicians, or choose "No photo now — I'll send it later." Hail damage skips this step.

Step 4. Enter your phone number and agree (required for service messages)

The agreement text is shown directly above the phone field. Your number is submitted only when you tap Agree & send. If you do not tap it, no request is sent and no text message is ever sent to you.

Step 5. Enter your ZIP code

The ZIP code is used to send your request to technicians in your area. The number you entered is hidden in this screenshot.

Step 6. Optional promotional messages

This is a separate question with no default answer. Tap No, thanks to skip it; your request and your offers are not affected.

Step 7. Confirmation

After the last answer you see a confirmation page. A local technician then sends you an offer, and you are texted when it is ready.
